These terms govern your use of the Climate Dollar portal at climatedollar.money, operated by CLUSD. By registering you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to pass the identity or business verification required by our onboarding partners. We may decline or withdraw access where verification cannot be completed or where local law prohibits it.
Registration and launch
Registration is open now. CLUSD purchasing opens at launch in October 2026. Completing onboarding does not create a purchase obligation and no payment is taken before purchasing is enabled.
Platform selection
You must select one platform: Wayv Money for personal use, or Wayv Pay for business use. Verification, funding and account status are governed by that platform's own terms. Your Climate Dollar account is not a bank account and holds no funds itself.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We never ask for, receive or store your Wayv password. Account linking uses a short-lived, signed authorisation flow.
Purchases
Once enabled, a purchase follows a quote, confirmation, order and settlement sequence. Quotes expire. Orders may be rejected, cancelled or refunded where verification, funding or compliance checks fail.
No investment promise
CLUSD is a digital asset intended for payments and value transfer. We make no promise of profit, yield, return or capital protection.
Acceptable use
You may not use the portal for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraud or on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are versioned, and you will be asked to accept the new version in the portal.
